The purpose of this EEO Public Report is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule, which came into effect March 10, 2003, concerning hiring for full-time positions.  This report is required to be placed in WNKJ’s Public Inspection File and posted on WNKJ’s website, www.wnkj.org.

The information contained in this report covers the time period beginning April 1, 2007, to and including March 31, 2008.

The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires the report to contain the information listed below.  WNKJ’s response to each of the items is listed with each section.

1.  A list of all full-time vacancies filled by WNKJ:
WNKJ had no full-time vacancies during the time period covered by the report.

2.  A list of recruitment sources utilized to fill each vacancy:
Since WNKJ had had no full-time vacancies, no sources were contacted.

3.  The total number of persons interviewed for full-time vacancies during the reporting period and the total number of interviewees referred by each recruitment source:
Since WNKJ had no full-time vacancies, there were no interviewees.

4.  A list and brief description of initiatives taken pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(2) of the FCC Rules:

WNKJ continues to air an announcement inviting groups or organizations distributing information about employment opportunities or having job applicants to refer to contact WNKJ.  Contact information (USPS, e-mail, and telephone) is included as part of the announcement.
